Replacing manual welding with welding robots has become an inevitable trend

1: Horizontal positioners require welding of both sides of many workpieces. In this case, we need to install a horizontal positioner, which fixes the workpiece to be welded on the horizontal positioner. After the robot completes welding on one side, the positioner automatically flips to the other side for welding. Horizontal positioners are divided into linkage and non linkage types. Linkage type refers to the ability to stop welding at any angle in conjunction with the welding robot, while non linkage type refers to the ability to flip only plus or minus 180 degrees. So when purchasing robots, we can choose suitable positioners according to our own needs. Currently, for welding robots, most imported brands do not have open external shafts. If we need to make a linkage type positioner, we need to equip it with a motor of the same brand. If we need to equip an external shaft, it will cost 30000 to 50000 yuan, of course, this is only the price of the external shaft. Horizontal positioners are not included. So currently, most customers of imported brands can only use non linked positioners in most cases.
2: Welding robot ground rail: Welding robot ground rail refers to the installation of ground rails when the robot's own travel is insufficient, allowing the robot to walk on the track. The proportion of ground rails in actual use is also very large, such as guardrails, large doors and windows, automotive parts, boxes, etc., which need to be installed with ground rails to achieve the welding range. Many customers are concerned that the accuracy, efficiency, and speed of the robot will be affected after the installation of ground rails. In fact, this is not the case because the ground rail and welding robot are linked operations, and the robot has already moved and walked on the ground rail while welding, so there is no need to worry about efficiency. The accuracy of the robot ground rail is generally guaranteed by grinding size and screw.
3: Horizontal positioners: Horizontal positioners are similar to horizontal positioners, except that they rotate horizontally and are mostly used for workpieces with larger diameters.
